You are free to take the entire project to another provider, or even to make ongoing enhancements in-house if this is your wish.

Support and Training

Blackdown Systems doesn’t simply deliver your system and walk away. We offer support contracts tailored to meet your needs. There is generally a higher degree of support required for the initial period after the solution is rolled out, tapering off thereafter.

We also provide training on any systems that we deliver, and again the scope of this training will be tailored to the solution that has been provided.
